Prof. Ali Sheikh Ahmed, General Director of the East Africa Association for Research and Development (DAD), was honored to attend the 13th Anniversary Graduation Ceremony at Red Sea University in Bosaso, Puntland, Somalia, on December 21, 2024.
The Director also witnessed the historic leadership transition, where the outgoing President, Prof. Abdullahi Sheikh Hassan, officially handed over the reins to the newly appointed President, Prof. Mohamed Osman (ASAD). The Director expressed his gratitude to Prof. Hassan for his dedicated service and extended his best wishes to Prof. Osman.
